Calm before the storm

It's co-op time again. I've been picked to work in Malaysian Care for the next 2 months.

By the grace of God, I was sent to be based in Kampar helping the rural development office. Hence, I'll be 2 months near a place called home...=>

Work has yet to start (6/11) and I'm almost ready physically, mentally and emotionally for the work that would be demanded of me. Bought back attire for all occasions i.e in office, meetings, visitations to the "orang asli" villages.

But!!!!!!

Questions start to rise from my heart. Am I truly ready to embrace the work of those who truly love the "Orang Asli"? What are my job scopes? Am I going to be placed in an office or sent out to stay with the "Orang Asli" for some time? Am I ready to be staying out in the wilderness? What is my heart telling me? Am I spiritually equipped to overcome obstacles that might come by?

Tonnes of questions!!!!!!

Eventhough I have a million doubts in my mind, I somehow feel a sense of peace and serenity inside. Although the questions comes and goes, I somehow don't feel really bothered by it. I feel more like an adventurer waiting to do whatever task that would be given to me by my supervisor (my church member actually).

One IMPORTANT question!!!!!!

- Am I ready to come out of my comfort zone?

A question that most of us would be afraid to confront because of being to comfortable with where we are, who we are and what we are. I'm feeling like a pampered kid too in comparison with those in need of care, love and kindness.
